Session 6 of 21 in the Authority Stack schedule. Recorded Wednesday, September 23, 2026. Instructor: Coach Emily Terrell. Series: The Database Referral Optimizer (Series 1 of 4). Duration: ~63 minutes.
Summary
Session 6, “Who to Call and What to Say,” is where the daily routine from Session 5 gets a script. Coach Emily Terrell split the database into two groups that get handled two different ways: leads you don’t know (expireds, open house leads) work the Listing Leads script library — 28 phone scripts and 128 text scripts, filterable by scenario. Contacts you do know (SOI, past clients) get a live-built Claude CoWork project, “Database Call Prep,” that scans a contact’s public Instagram/Facebook activity from the last 60 days and produces one or two personalized call openers, so the call is never another dreaded “just checking in.”
Session 7 (Sep 30) covers follow-up blueprints and action plans; Session 8 (Oct 7), the last of this module, ties everything into a year-long marketing calendar.
Where last session left off (Session 5 recap)
- Learned the four-step daily marketing routine — Listing Attraction Plan task, MLS Hot Sheet scan, filtered-list calls, then one daily CMA — run in that order every day.
- Built a Claude project that turns a property address plus an MLS export into a branded CMA comp report and cover letter, with a CRM-side filtered list, a “CMA” tag, and a 365-day recurring follow-up task per contact.
Today’s session at a glance
- No script practice this week — instead, how to figure out what to say before you dial.
- Two groups, two approaches: unknown leads use the Listing Leads script library; known contacts use a new Claude CoWork project.
- Live build of the “Database Call Prep” project, step by step, plus the “hook test” for deciding what’s okay to mention on a call.
- Troubleshooting the CoWork/Chrome-extension setup and a long Q&A on scope, compliance, and delegating the research to a VA.
Who to call, and what to say
Every contact falls into one of two groups, and each gets a different approach.
Unknown leads — the Listing Leads script library
In Listing Leads, under Campaigns → “Phone and Text Scripts,” there are 28 phone scripts and 128 text scripts (156 total), searchable and filterable by scenario — open house follow-up, expired, and so on. Recommendation: read the target script aloud before calling, using its pre-marked pauses, so it sounds natural rather than memorized. Text-messaging compliance varies by brokerage and state (Texas was cited as having tightened its rules recently); check with your own brokerage and route texts through a CRM with built-in opt-out and compliance handling.
Known contacts — the “Database Call Prep” Claude CoWork project
A generic “just checking in” call was described as “the death to us” for reconnecting with SOI and past clients. Instead, the instructor walked through building a reusable Claude project that researches the contact before you call:
- Requires the Claude desktop app (paid plan, with CoWork enabled) and the Claude Chrome extension — installed from Chrome’s profile menu → “Get Apps and Extensions” → Install — plus being logged into Instagram and/or Facebook in that Chrome profile.
- Create a new Claude project named “Database Call Prep.” The project’s own goal field takes the trigger only: the contact’s name, city, and state, and a general reason for the call — not a specific one, since most of the time you don’t know the specific reason.
- Paste the provided prompt into the project’s Instructions field. Recommended model: Opus.
- Run it in CoWork mode — not Chat (this tripped up several attendees mid-session). It opens the logged-in browser session, finds the contact’s Instagram/Facebook profile, and scans the last 60 days of public activity for material worth mentioning.
- Output is one or two “openers” per contact — in the live demo, a contact’s daughter placing 10th out of 200 in a team-roping competition, and the contact’s 27-year real estate career and first business card. The instructor reframed the polished opener language into what she’d actually say on the call.
The search window is a fixed 60 days back — recent material only. The prompt can be edited to add other platforms (LinkedIn came up, along with a joking request for MySpace), and it can research multiple contacts in one run, just more slowly.
The “hook test”
Before using a piece of social-media research as an opener, ask whether the person would be glad you noticed — or find it unsettling that you were looking. The instructor’s example of what to leave out entirely: a researched fact about someone’s dog dying. She framed this as an “orange” flag, after the Office episode where Dwight reads color-coded Rolodex notes aloud without filtering the inappropriate ones.
Documentation and delegation
Findings should go into the CRM as a note, not a tag, to preserve the full context. Both halves of this workflow — pulling the right script for an unknown lead, and running the social-media research for a known contact — can be handed to a VA or assistant, so the agent’s only remaining job is making the calls. It can also run on a schedule; the instructor said she runs her own version every morning at 7am for her coaching clients.
Troubleshooting notes raised live
- If Claude reports it can’t access Facebook or Instagram: confirm you’re in CoWork mode, not Chat, and that you’re actually logged into the site in that Chrome profile. A private or locked account can’t be read by Claude any more than by a logged-out human; being connected with the person helps but isn’t required.
- The Chrome extension does not automatically grant Claude access to Gmail or other sites — CoWork can be instructed to open a given site, but each site needs its own permission grant.
- The CoWork toggle may not appear on some device types, and requires a paid Claude plan.
- “Reverse prompting” — describing the desired outcome and letting Claude draft the steps and prompt — is how the instructor says she builds these projects herself. She also recommended asking Claude directly whether a task suits Chat, CoWork, or Code, and mentioned a third-party tool, “Prompt Cowboy,” for refining prompts.
Q&A highlights
- This applies to expireds too — researching a previous listing’s history and the seller’s likely frustration with the prior agent before reaching back out.
- You don’t have to be friends with the contact for Claude to find them, though it helps; the search matches on name plus signals like a mutual connection.
- Multiple contacts can be researched in one run — slower, but it works, and the same approach extends to other platforms with a prompt tweak.
- One attendee found the research surfaced a contact’s recent concert; another found a client’s dog had died, which the instructor flagged as exactly the kind of “orange” the hook test is meant to catch.
Homework (due before Session 7, Sep 30, 2026)
- Make about 20 calls a day (or whatever your list calls for), using Listing Leads scripts for unknown leads and Database Call Prep output for known contacts.
- Build and run the “Database Call Prep” Claude CoWork project.
- Send wins — ideally with screenshots — to Coach Emily Terrell via DM, and complete the post-session survey.
- Optional: DM the instructor on Instagram with “brand” for the brand-guide prompt, or “advisor” (a few hours after the session) for an updated, less-spicy version of the Database Call Prep advisor instructions.

[4:48] Coach Emily Terrell: Welcome, and you could tell I’m not in my house. I’m in a completely different country. I’m in Canada. More importantly, I’m in Nova Scotia. Never been here before, but it’s cool where we at today. Orlando, Coach Sandra is in the house from Mexico, Kansas City, Honolulu. I love it. Call it back again. I just recognized the name because she asked a question. Northern Virginia, Salem, Massachusetts. I’ve never been. Seattle, I have been to see. Actually, only the airport. Montecito, Atlanta. Oh, I will be in Atlanta. Um,
[6:46] Coach Emily Terrell: Remembering. Incorporating AI and doing data.
[7:11] Coach Emily Terrell: Um. Right now, from what I see. Talking, and of course we are in the authority stack for those of you that are in the right place. And as you know, guys, pretty soon my time is coming to an end. I know when we started this, you never thought that, but it’s getting pretty close. I’m only through October seventh, which means that after this call, we’ve only got two more weeks. Then we’re gonna go all the way into Derek Caldwell, then Coach Aaron is gonna help you out, and then we’re gonna end with Andrew Undem, as usual as I’ve told you. Now, I did want to go really quickly because I got a few messages of people who were having trouble finding where the.
[7:48] Coach Emily Terrell: Resources were last time, and I did want to show you guys just really quickly, so that you can see it of where it’s at. Oh, and actually, look, somebody had just asked in the chat. So, if you go here in Revy and you just go on the homepage and you click the giant banner, this is going to be where the resources are. So you can click the, you know, as we get further along, you can click a little bit further down. But if you scroll down and you look here, session five. Is going to be right here. This where you can click to watch the recording. This where you can click the slides and the resources. Previously, you went into the learning home. You don’t need to do that now. You can go to the recording, slides, and resources. So I just wanted to point that out because I did get that a couple of times and a couple of questions. Now we are here, on what to actually say, and I’ve already sent in the slides and resources. So they will be getting those to you shortly. Perfect. Okay. All right. So.
[8:46] Coach Emily Terrell: Hopefully that answers some of the questions that I’ve been getting. Well, let’s go back into the slides so we can do this. Now, today we are going to talk about who to call and what to say. Now I am going to preface you because I know this your favorite part. We are not doing script practice today. So for those of you that are thinking that this going to be a call of scripts and we’re going to be saying those things, we are not. We are going to be going, and I am going to help you guys figure out what to say to specific people. So as you can see, we’ve set up a ton of stuff. These first four sessions, we set up your tools, collected your data, tagged, set up lists. Now we’re actually doing stuff with it. Last week we worked on a daily schedule, daily marketing and CMAs. This week we’re gonna do who to call and what to say, and then of course, section seven. It says follow up blueprints, but it’s also gonna be known as action plans or follow up plans. We’ll be going over those, and then last but not least, on the eighth session, we’re gonna bring it all together, and I’m gonna show you how to set up a year long marketing calendar so that you’ve got access to it.
[9:45] Coach Emily Terrell: So all of this is what we’re going through, in the last couple of sessions. Now, where we left off last week, specifically, we talked about listing leads and doing the daily listing attraction plan that’s there in listing leads every morning. After you do that, you go and check out your hot sheet. You look at new inventory. You go and you email them to your database. Maybe it’s a price reduction. Maybe it’s something that’s good for an investor, or maybe it’s just a property that you think would match with a few clients, and you email those out. After you do those first two things, then you go to do your calls. Which is where you go and look at what’s left, and you actually make those calls, and then last but not least, the thing that we set up for you was doing your daily CMAs. Now, while I’m here and we’re talking about it, how many of you guys were able to actually successfully set up and run some daily CMAs? Just let me know. Put it in the chat because I want to know. I want to hear what you guys have. Now, what we did with the daily CMAs is we set up a couple of things. I showed you how to filter on them so you know who to work with. We actually set up a project.
[10:44] Coach Emily Terrell: To run those daily CMAs, now once you guys, I’ll call them out once we get some chats going in there of some people that were able to successfully do them. Now before we can begin, here is what I need you guys to do. I need you to go to Chrome. I need to need you to log in to Facebook and or Instagram. Okay, I want you. To log in to Instagram and/or Facebook, you don’t need to do anything with it. Just be logged in, because we are going to be working within those. All right, perfect. Okay, so on the CMA prompt, okay, were y’all able? Y’all could ask the questions really quickly. Were y’all able to go into the resources and find the CMA prompt?
[11:41] Coach Emily Terrell: I’ll wait for y’all to put some in the chat. Yes. Okay. So we did have it there. Remember, if you do have issues and you have questions about it, absolutely go in and make sure that you are ask or just asking me. I’m more than happy to answer those things on Instagram or if your if your coach is not able to ask you. So just go ahead and do that. I’ll make sure that you can receive it because in reality, when you’re doing it, you should just be able to give it MLS data, the name of the person you’re doing, and their address, and it should pull up. Those CMAs. Yes, but and Nancy did say that prompt just to make sure that we are clear on it. It does need your MLS information. That is an accurate statement, because it’s not going to be able to research. And I just upload the MLS information. Just what it downloads from my from my MLS, which is just going to be an Excel spreadsheet. I’m not doing anything special with it. I’m just exporting it. You can do it as a CSV or an Excel spreadsheet.
[12:39] Coach Emily Terrell: And you’re just giving it the raw data. That’s all you’re giving it. So don’t give it MLS numbers like just that. Don’t. You need to just give it the raw data that your MLS provides to do that. Now, if you are still having trouble, like I said, feel free to message me, and I can, you know, as some of the people I found out, I can take 10 minutes to jump on a quick little Zoom call with you, with you and your coach, if we can make it work, and just show you guys absolutely zero problems with that to make sure we do that. Now, one person, Greg, did ask really quickly before I really get into this. He said the brand guide requires input. It does. So, on the brand guide, you’re going to give it things like your website, logos, all of that. It is not a simple. It’s not an easy thing to do. It took me probably about 20 minutes to set it up, and that one is designed to be that way because we’re building a document that looks and sounds and feels like you. So that one does take time. It does take more input. For those of you that don’t know what I’m talking about, if you just DM me the word brand.
[13:34] Coach Emily Terrell: My mini chat will automatically send you the brand guide. So, okay. All right. So, and if you have very specific questions, like I said, just send them to me in Claw or in Instagram. I’ll make sure I answered those. Okay. So now, couple of things that we’ve already talked about, and that I want to make sure that you have still set up because we did them in session one. Number one for today, you will need the Claw desktop app. You will need that installed, because in order to use CoWork. You have to have that installed, and you have to be signed in on the same one that you’re using everything else at. But it has to be there. The other thing that you have to have is the Chrome extension. If you don’t have both of these, you cannot build it right now. So make sure that we’ve got the Claude desktop app and the Chrome extension set up so that we can get these done. Okay. Now, if you have questions.
[14:32] Coach Emily Terrell: About that, you can go to. Well, actually, I’ll show you because one person asked. Melissa asked, and it’s a very valid question, so I’ll make sure that I answer that really quickly. To make sure that you have the Chrome extension set up, I’ll do it really quickly. You go to your Chrome. You go down here where it says your name. Down here where it’s got your initials. Mine says E.T. Yours is going to say something else. Okay, you click that. Right here where it says Get Apps and Extensions. So down here where the settings are, you get Apps and Extensions. Okay, you can open Claude Code. You can do all of these. Now they’re kind of different for people, right? They’re in different orders. But in this case, where it says Chrome, you’re going to click this button that says Install. Now I already have mine installed, so if I were to click that, it wouldn’t allow me to install it again. But it’s going to be right here. So just so you know, that’s where it is. So that if you guys have questions, that’s a really quick tutorial.
[15:30] Coach Emily Terrell: I did do all of that on session one, so you can definitely go back and rewatch that. Now, going back to the presentation, making sure that you’ve got that desktop app and the Chrome extension set in there, so it’s not this this project that we’re going to do is not going to work unless you have them. So just make sure you do. That doesn’t mean you can’t follow along today, but just make sure you have them. Now, in saying this, you know, when you go to call people, what’s what happens, right? It’s this. When you go to call them, you call. They see who you are. They may have you saved in their phone. They may not. Most of the time, though, if they don’t have you saved in the phone, they’re probably declining you. Maybe they answer. Maybe, and it’s probably one of the most awkward conversations that you can have. Because the worst thing that’s going to happen is you’re going to leave a voicemail if you don’t know what to say, that says something like, “Hey.”
[16:27] Coach Emily Terrell: It’s Emily Terrell. I’m just checking in. And if you leave that once, you’re done. They’re not gonna answer it the next time. So what we’re gonna do today is we’re gonna work past that. We’re gonna walk through how you can figure out what to say to people so you don’t call them with what to say. Because also, like, let’s be honest. If you knew what to say to people, would you be more willing to call them? Absolutely.
[16:58] Coach Emily Terrell: Right, you would be more willing to make the calls that you’re supposed to. So I want you guys to know where to go to do that. So there’s a couple of things. It’s the dreaded, you know, like I said, just the dreaded what they, you know, just checking in. You you do care, you do mean them, but you don’t know what to say. They’re gonna they’re gonna hear this exactly. They’re going to hear that. You’re just checking that you want to sell them something. It’s always just going to go to voicemail. Now we have two types of people, two basically lists of people. We’ve got, and two ways of reaching out to them, right? The number one is we want to call. It is the gold standard. It’s the thing that you should do. Now, I know that some of you can’t call. You don’t have time, but you still want to communicate with people. So we’re going to do this. We’re also going to go over the second thing.
[17:58] Coach Emily Terrell: Which is going to be text. So we’re going to go over both of those options. Now, the first one is going to be the call. So let’s take a look at that, right? The first way we’re going to do this is using a script. Now, here’s the thing about using a script. Would you guys agree that there are two general groups of people to call? One. Are people you don’t really know? They’re gonna be like expireds or open house leads, stuff like. They’re not gonna be people that you know offhand. The other group of people, and this is an important group of people, is going to be people that you do know. They’re gonna be your SOI, your past clients, right?
[18:56] Coach Emily Terrell: It’s gonna be that, Lauren. Just a real quick question for you. It’s gonna be if you just go to the Revy home. It’s just gonna be that big giant banner that’s got the authority stack, and it’ll be there. But so these two groups of people, there’s people you know and people you don’t know, and and you handle those calls in two different ways. So I’m gonna show you the two different ways that you handle those calls today. So in section one, we’re talking about these leads that you don’t necessarily know and where you can find scripts. Do you guys remember listing leads? We signed up for it. We’re still doing our 60-day trials, right? This where we’re gonna go and find the people. This where we’re gonna go find those scripts. Okay. So once we’re in listing leads, we’re gonna go to the button that says under campaign. It says phone and text scripts. We’re gonna go there, and that’s because listing leads has, as you can see, 28.
[19:54] Coach Emily Terrell: Phone scripts and 128 text message scripts, meaning that there is at least one that makes sense for the people that you are going to be calling or texting. You know, I’m not anti-text because obviously, for those of you that got my expired program, you see that we text people too. But I also believe that calls are more effective. So the first thing that we’re going to do is we need to search for the right message within there. The cool thing is, is it. Separates it. You can look at all of them. So those 156 messages. You can select the phone messages or you can select the text messages. They’re also going to be more of a banner. Carla, once you went to that banner, if you just scroll down, it’ll actually take you to all the courses that I’ve done, your recordings, the resources, everything that’s there. And now in this, let me go back. You’re going to go ahead and search what it’s for because we want to make sure that our message actually applies to what we’re doing.
[20:51] Coach Emily Terrell: And then you’re going to pick the script that actually matches with what you’re calling them for. Okay, so here’s an example, right? So this is an example of an open house script. So these are going to be those open house follow up plans that we’re doing because remember, a lot of you, when I asked you guys back in session four, what your top two lead sources were, majority of you guys told me that your top two lead sources were sphere of influence and open houses. So we went through, and I looked at an open house script. Now, how do we work this script? The very first thing that I recommend is before you call somebody, or in theory, you should call several people that you know all use the same message, right? Before you do that, my recommendation is to read it out loud. It’s kind of the same thing that I do. I actually am doing some sessions. Actually, Coach Merrill is going to be there with me. Well, not with me specifically. He’s going to do some too, but he’s going to do some training.
[21:48] Coach Emily Terrell: And they gave us this really amazing script that we’re going to be using. And the way that I’m learning this script so I can do some of these training sessions is by saying it out loud. That’s going to be the thing that works for me. The other reason that we say it aloud is because you you know how it goes, and you’ve heard it before. When you say something in your head, you say it small, and you’ll say something like, “Hi, this is Coach Emily Tarrell. I’m calling with Banana Real Estate.” You attended my open house this weekend. You’re gonna say it small. So when you call, because that’s the way you practiced it, you’re also going to say it that way. So make sure that when we are practicing these scripts, now I’m not telling you you have to go and have them memorized because that’s probably not gonna be the case. What you do need to do is actually go in and say it aloud. So at least you’re familiar with it. Now it’s okay if you’re not perfect, but this just gives you an idea.
[22:47] Coach Emily Terrell: So I’ll go ahead and read this one for you. I know we said we aren’t going to do script practice, but I am going to read this one for you just so you get an idea of what it’s like. It’s going to be like, “Hey, Meryl, this is Emily Taylor with Bonita Real Estate. I know you weren’t expecting my call, but I wanted to follow up after the open house this past weekend. Is now a bad time?” And you’re going to pause and wait for that. Well, great. Listen, out of curiosity, what stood out to you about the home? I’d be a terrible realtor if I didn’t ask. Do you see yourself living there, or did it? Help to get a clearer view on what you’re really looking for. Now, I’d love to help you find something that checks all your boxes. Want me to send over a few options that match what you’re looking for? And so, what this does for you is it allows you to actually go through and have those conversations. Now, here’s the cool thing: back in listing leads, let’s take a look at this. There are 156 other scripts that you can use, and if you’re like me and you’re really really busy.
[23:45] Coach Emily Terrell: And maybe or maybe they don’t answer, and you want to send them a text message. Guess what? There’s text scripts too, and it allows you to go through and filter all of them what you need. So once you get this, now ideally, again, we’re going to be using the scripts. We’re going to be saying them out loud. If you have time, you’re going to be making those calls. Now here’s the cool thing. Oh, I did tell you guys right. Practice that script. Mark your pauses, because just as with this script that I’m going to be practicing. The person that wrote this, Coach Christie, she did an amazing job with it. Gave us pauses, because we don’t naturally just have a giant run on sentence, and we can emphasize parts of the script with those pauses. So, um, and just so you know, guys, the office is going to be checking on them. I know there’s a couple of questions of where those prompts are. Jessica’s going to find them for session four resources, and she’ll put the link in here for you guys so that you have it. So we’ll make sure you’re there. Now.
[24:42] Coach Emily Terrell: Barbara asked, “How do we stay compliant with text messaging?” So that’s going to be something that I am. I’m not going to not answer you guys, but I am going to send you back to your brokerage, and to your specific state, because, for example, in Texas, we have different rules. We actually they got really strict on us recently about how we’re texting people. So, I like to make sure to send you guys back to it. Now, the cool thing is, is remember that these phone calls. And text messages should be going through your CRM, and your CRM does give you options. They give you opt-out options, and they do work to stay compliant with, you know, federal, state, all the regulations when it comes to texting. So just make sure that we are doing these. And plus, the entire point of this course is to make the calls and the text messages within your database. It’s the whole point of working it, right? So you can have those notes and you can have that information.
[25:40] Coach Emily Terrell: So make sure that you are staying there, within that. Okay. So does that answer the questions of how we’re calling people we don’t know? Perfect. Okay. So now that we’re looking at that, let’s go on to the next section because I do want to show you guys, and this is going to be calling the people that you do know. Now, I am going to say this. I am going to show you guys. I’m going to walk you through this project. I’m gonna walk you through how to run it. I will make sure I answer questions for you. If for whatever reason it doesn’t work or you need to troubleshoot it, your coach is a great resource. And if your coach is not able to, either have them reach out to me or you guys reach out to me. Absolutely more than happy. Because this one, I am gonna tell you guys, you have stuck with me this entire time. This is going taking you guys on AI to the next level because we’re gonna be in co work. But I want to show you guys how it works.
[26:35] Coach Emily Terrell: So that you guys can be successful. Plus, I have all the faith in you guys. I’ve seen you. You all have sent me your wins. So I have seen how you’re able to get all of these projects built out. It’s the same process as normal of building a project. We just need to click a few extra buttons on it. All right. So now we’re going to talk about SOI and past clients. Here’s the situation. When we’re talking about our SOI and past clients, our goal. Our goal with having a conversation with them is to earn the next ninety seconds. The problem is, is you know, I remember a whole lot of stuff. I remember you a whole, whole lot of stuff. I don’t remember everything. So we need to, and also, if it’s somebody that I haven’t talked to in ninety days, I don’t necessarily know what’s going on in their lives. So that’s kind of the point of this project, and to figure that out. Because our goal is to get a great hook. It’s the same thing we do in a video.
[27:33] Coach Emily Terrell: It’s the same thing that we do in speeches. It’s the same thing we do in listing presentations. We’re building that hook. Here’s how AI is going to work. It’s just like normal. We’ve got Claude set up. We did the app and we did the Chrome extensions. I covered it again here at the beginning, and we looked at session one. The next thing that we’re going to do, the second thing, is going to be create a project. We have walked through how to create projects. I will be walking you through it here again shortly, so that you guys know. And then step three, all right? Step three is you’re going to run the product. You’re going to run that project every time you need to do this. Okay. So it’s going to be set up in three simple steps, and then you’re going to run it on repeat. All right. So we already talked about this. These are the things I talked about in the beginning. Have your desktop app open. We will need it. Then you’re going to need the Chrome extension setup.
[28:29] Coach Emily Terrell: And then you should be logged into Instagram and or Facebook, for this to work. I talked about all these things here in the beginning. Just reiterating them now. All right. So step two. Let’s go in and create the project. Now I am gonna walk you guys through it. Now, you can do this at the same time if you would like. If you don’t want to do these at the same time, that’s okay. You can go rewatch this video and then do it as you want. But So let me go over here. I’ve got Claude open. Gonna pop this bad boy open for you guys. Gotta move my face. My face is in the way. All right, cool. So we’re here in Claude. We’re gonna go to projects, and I am going to grab this. Actually, let me show you. I’m gonna show you what the resource is going to look like, so you guys can see it. Here we go. You’re gonna get a resource. It looks just like this.
[29:28] Coach Emily Terrell: And you know what? I’ll do you guys a really big favor. I’m gonna copy this link really quickly. I’m gonna put it here, in the link. Everybody who wants to do this at the exact same time, that’s the prompt. It’s right there for everybody who wants to do it at the exact same time. Y’all can go ahead and click that link. And if you’re watching this afterwards, it’ll be in the resources. But what we’re gonna do, just like normal, you’re gonna go right here where it says start copying here. Okay. You’re gonna grab everything. Well, actually, technically, up to here. All right, and you’re just gonna copy it all. You can read it if you like, but you don’t need to. Then we’re gonna go into Claude, and when we go into Claude, we’re gonna go into the project section. We’re gonna click New Project. We’re gonna name it Database Call Prep. Now, in this case, remember we have to. We always have a trigger. We put our trigger.
[30:27] Coach Emily Terrell: It’s gonna be the person’s name. It’s gonna be their city and state that they live in, and then the reason for the call. So now it’s not like a specific reason. You’re not saying, “Hey, oh.” It’s more of like a long time reconnect, or you know, new listing in the area. You’re gonna give them that type of reason, not the very, very specific reason you’re calling. Just kind of a general reason, because most of the time you don’t know the specific reason you’re calling. Okay, and then we’re gonna click Create Project. Now, when we go into here, we’re gonna go where it says Instructions. That’s where we’re pasting that prompt. I put the prompt there in the chat for you guys. If you’re wanting to do this at the same time, you can do it. Okay, then we’re gonna click Save Instructions. Now we’ve got all of this information here. Now, normally, on a project, I’m telling you to put your brand guide here. You don’t need to put your brand guide there. Not on this one, because we’re not sending anything.
[31:24] Coach Emily Terrell: Now the trigger. If you see the trigger right here is name, city, state, and the reason for the call. So, for example, we’re gonna look up Jessica Pike. She’s in Northern Colorado. Because I’m blanking on the name right now. I’ve been learning Canadian provinces names, and so I’m blanking on the name. And we’re just gonna say long reconnect, okay? Now when I hit go, it’s gonna start searching for her. But y’all guys don’t want to sit here and watch that search. We’re just gonna go back to my slides. I already prepped those for you. Hey, hold up. Yes, don’t worry, guys. Barbara asked, “Are you gonna get all these?” Absolutely. Now Cynthia, oh Fort, Michael’s got me. She’s in Fort Collins. For some reason, I was blanking on where Jessica was.
[32:21] Coach Emily Terrell: And when she goes back and watches this, she’s gonna be like, “Really, Emily? You forgot me? I didn’t forget you. I just forgot your town name.” All right, but this what it’s gonna do, and I want to show it to you guys. Oh, look, I had it right here. Okay, this the trigger that I put in, and this what it’s gonna do for me, right? So, number one, it searched, it searched for me. Um, oh no, you can do your own name. You, if you’re doing it at the same time, let me answer these questions for you really quickly. So number one, where is it searching for her? It’s actually going to search for her on my Instagram. That’s where it’s going. That’s why we’re using co-work. The second thing is the prompt. Yes, does go under instructions. And then y’all can use Jessica Pike if you want, or if you want to test like your mom or your sister or whoever, absolutely do that. Okay. Here’s what it does for me. And yes, I’ll show you very specifically. So it’s going to match. It told me it matched with her, and it got two signals.
[33:19] Coach Emily Terrell: Number one, the fact that I’m already following her, which is positive. Oh, um, Heather, that was a great question, and I did forget this. Thanks for asking that. Really quickly, to make sure that you’re using CoWork instead of just regular. Oh, see, look at Founder. Instead of regular, just thing. You see where it says chat and then CoWork here? Make sure you’re clicked on CoWork. I forgot to say that. Thank you so much because I had looked and it was already doing it. So make sure you click on CoWork. If you don’t click on CoWork, it’s gonna do it as a chat, and that’s not gonna be what you need. You’ve got to do it in CoWork. So when it’s doing that, as you can see, it’s finding her right here. So good, good looking out, Heather. It’s there. Okay, and then just for those of you that are still doing it, here you go, everyone. Here’s just the link to the doc so that you can do it. All right. So let’s go back into it. Let me go back to my slides. Okay.
[34:16] Coach Emily Terrell: Then what it’s going to do, and just for the record, yes, I did prep Jessica that I was going to be talking about her so that she could she could be prepared. I did show her so she was okay with it. But number two, what it did is it searched back the last sixty days on her social media, and so it knew some things about her. That on September seventh, she her daughter placed tenth out of two hundred people on her first team roping competition. That team roping is hard if you’ve never done it before. I grew up in the country, that’s hard. Plus, apparently. She’s been in real estate for like ever. It says twenty-seven years. That seems like a long time, but she still has her first business card. And then, of course, she hosted an AI dinner at a national conference. Actually, it was at a Tom Barry conference. She hosted one. So it looked through some of these things that had been happening the last sixty days, and then it gave me some openers, some reasons to call her. So some things that I could say to her when I call. Because again, when there are you know our SOI or our past clients, we don’t always know what to say.
[35:15] Coach Emily Terrell: And just checking in is the death to us. Now, here’s the thing: when you read it, it’s called the hook test. You want to answer the question: Would they be glad I noticed? Or it says unsettled that I was looking. But I always say, like, dude, if that’s gonna creep you out, as to somebody, then don’t say it. So you want to be, you want to check on that. You know, you know what it reminds me of? How many of you guys watch The Office? Anybody? Okay, I do. My husband loves The Office. I’ve watched The Office, and obscene amount of time. Well, there’s this one episode where Michael, the main guy, leaves the paper company, and when he leaves the paper company, he accidentally leaves his Rolodex there, and so one of the other people, Dwight, goes in and is he’s calling people from it. Well, on it, all of the stuff is in different colors, and so Dwight.
[36:10] Coach Emily Terrell: Is reading something and it’s an orange and it’s like super, super inappropriate, but he says it to the person he’s on the phone with. Well, it was an orange. Turns out that the color code meant orange. You glad you didn’t say that, right? So we need to make sure that when we look at this and we go through that hook test, we’re not looking at it going, “Ooh, that should be an orange. It shouldn’t say that.” Now, okay. So a couple of people says that Claude is saying that it can’t access Facebook or Instagram. Make sure you’re in CoWork because if you’re not in CoWork. It will not access it. If you’re just in the chat function of it, it will not access it. And you’re not connecting your social accounts. What’s happening, just so you guys know, is CarWork is just going into Chrome and opening it up by itself because you’re already logged in. It’s not actually logging in itself. There’s no connection that you got it.
[37:07] Coach Emily Terrell: You just have to be logged in, so it can open up Instagram.com, and then when you open up Instagram, because you’re already logged in, it can actually go through and search. Okay. Now, if they don’t have an Instagram or Facebook account, I mean, that’s kind of they don’t have one. You’re gonna have to figure out some the old-fashioned way. You’re just gonna have to call and ask them what’s going on. And if it’s asking you to log in, go ahead and log in. Right, it’s part of the process. It means that it didn’t recognize it as being logged in. So make sure you are logging in. Okay. So go back to the slide because I want to show you guys what it does for Jessica. So what it did for me in my example is it went here to Jessica, and it looked at her profile. As you can see, where I had it running on Claude, and then it gave me the two openers. This is what it’s like, and what it looks like in real time. So it gave me.
[38:03] Coach Emily Terrell: This one that she was tenth out of 200 in her first real competition. You know, this is what I can say to her. Hey, how long has she been roping? And the other one is, hey, I loved your story about your first. Now, let’s. I mean, let’s be real. You guys have you’ve been with me for six weeks already. I’m not gonna say, and I’m not gonna call Jessica. Oh my gosh, I loved your story about your first business card. 27 years. Oh my gosh, sweet. I had to call. That’s not what I’m gonna say. I’m gonna call her and be like, dang girl, it’s a nice business card. I mean, that’s what I’m gonna say because. You know, slightly inappropriate, but it gave me that option. Okay, it gave me that. Now remember, guys, if you guys are having a little bit of trouble, just send it to me, and I will make sure that you guys are in co-work because it’s really just the toggle. I’ll take you back. Okay. So I’ll take you. I’ll go back through here in a minute to maybe possibly answer some of the questions that I have going on there. But this is what it did for me or Jessica.
[39:01] Coach Emily Terrell: And cool, fun fact. Do you guys think that whenever I needed these screenshots, do you think I went on my phone and took screenshots of this? No, I went to cowork and I said, “Hey, I, you know, she did this. Can you guys give me some screenshots?” And cowork gave me these screenshots. And then I actually asked it to build this slide that matched all these other ones, and it builds it for me. Right now, specifically, Devon did ask, “How far back is this prompt reaching?” Just sixty days. Just going back about two months. Right, just more recent stuff. So we don’t want to bring something up from a year ago. We’re just bringing up for like the last sixty days. So in saying this, okay, I wanted to put all of these steps in one moment, and then I’m going to run through the prompt again. I’m going to run through. I’m going to take you all the way through step by step again, so that you guys can make sure that we’re getting it. All right. So all the steps in one place. Number one, we’re going to go. You know, for people that you leads, the people you don’t know.
[39:59] Coach Emily Terrell: Okay, it’s going to be you’re going to go to listing leads, within listing leads, you’re going to search for what you’re looking for. So, open house, expired, price drop, you know. If they’re not answering, then you can go to after the conversation, or if you’re not able to do the call, you can do a text message, right? That’s our backup. Practice it out loud, then you’re going to dial. And remember, if we’re working those lists that we’ve already created, you should be calling all the people that you know. The first, the one open house list. At one time, you should then go to the second open house list, and you can use a different script for that, right? So we should have those kind of the same calls on repeat. Now, the section two, the thing that we went over, we made sure that we had the Claude and Chrome in there. We built the project all database call prep. Okay, I put the link there in the in the chat. I’m going to go over it again. Don’t worry, guys, and then you’re just going to trigger it to run. Okay.
[40:58] Coach Emily Terrell: Now, as you can see, Sarah just said that she ran this. Oh, I love it. She—they gave Sarah one of her orange. Glad you didn’t say that. Apparently, whoever did research, somebody’s dog died, right? That’s probably something to avoid. Personally, I don’t. Well, I don’t have animals, so I don’t put that my dog died on there. But if they did, right, and people do all of the time, that’s probably not something you want to call and be like, “Hey, your dog died,” right? That’s something you want to avoid. But we’re doing this so that now when we call someone, we know what to do. Now, here is the thing. I’m going to tell you guys what you should be doing before the next session. But I want to ask you a question. For those of you, because remember, I always talk about this: what you should do versus one day either you have a VA or you have an assistant. If you have an assistant, you have a VA. Could you do this?
[41:57] Coach Emily Terrell: Yes or not? Could you? I’m so sorry. Absolutely, could could they do this? Is this the part that they should do? They should do the research and then send it to me. Right? Send it to that person. So like my VA could do this. So this way, my job is just to make the calls. I don’t have to sit and be like Jessica Pack, Fort Collins, Colorado. She’s probably gonna yell at me when I talk to her later today. Actually, not later today. It’ll be next week. She’ll forget. Be fine. Right, but whenever I search that, I’m not having to go and wait for. I mean, it only takes a few minutes, but now somebody else is doing it for me. So my calls are prepped. If I didn’t have to do any of the prep, and also if my assistant or my VA went in and said, “Hey, you got to make these open house calls today,” great. Here’s a script, boom, and it’s already emailed to you. That’s how you can have somebody else prepare you for your calls. They can pull the scripts from listing leads for the leads that you have, and then also in addition to that.
[42:55] Coach Emily Terrell: They can go in and do all the research on your SOI and past clients that you need to call that day. So, okay, so let’s go back in because I’m gonna give you your homework first, and then I’m just gonna run the process again for you guys. Oh, April did ask, can you also have it check LinkedIn? Yes, you absolutely can have it check. You can have it check wherever you want. I think there’s like a, I don’t know. Oh my God, guys, when MySpace comes back, have it check MySpace. I’m of that age where I’m extremely ecstatic about MySpace. So, but you can. You just need to adjust the prompt a little bit to tell it to go to those places. Rhuna asked, “Can you have it research Claude? Several different names at a time?” Yes, you can. It just takes longer, but you can. I just showed you guys with one at a time, but you can have it do several at a time. Okay.
[43:50] Coach Emily Terrell: I know, I know. Devin’s very excited that MySpace is coming back. I know, I know. I was beyond ecstatic when I found out too. So I’m super pumped with you. Okay, cool. All right. So I answered those. Yes, Devin, play in your top eight. I’d be honored if I was in your top eight. All right, but let’s go back to it. For those of you have no idea what we are talking about, you’ll know soon. All right. So let’s go back. I’m going to go back into here. I’m going to show you what your homework is. So that you can do it, and then I’m going to run through a project again for you because I know that’s what y’all want to hear. So the homework, just so we’re clear, you’re going to do 20 calls a day, or however many your your list tells you. Right? I say about 20 because that’s to be where it’s at. Okay. There. Then number two, you’re going to build the call prepped project. I want you guys to build it. I want you to run it. And then here’s the deal.
[44:46] Coach Emily Terrell: If you get something that’s fun, controversial—well, maybe not any controversial things—but if you get something that’s fun, something that was successful, something that allowed you to connect, I want you to send me those wins. I want to make sure that those wins are set up, and that you can tell me them. Remember, when to DM me the wins. It’s Coach Emily Terrell. Hey, and don’t forget, guys. Really quickly, before I go and rebuild it again, that the office is going to send you a survey at the end of this call. Make sure you answer it and you give some of your wins there too. We love the surveys because this way they can go and take some of these surveys and they like to tell people what’s going on. Why are people successful? So maybe you’ll see yourself there. So go in and send me those wins, especially if you have screenshots. Send it there, okay? And then don’t forget, guys. Session seven, we are going to be doing action plans and follow up blueprints. Now, let’s go back to. I’m going to show you guys a couple of things.
[45:43] Coach Emily Terrell: Perfect. Okay, so let’s go here. We are gonna go into Claude. Okay, we’re gonna go to projects. I’m just gonna build it from the beginning for you guys. So you’re gonna go into Claude. This the app. This not the web version. That’s important. You’re going to create the project database, call.
[46:21] Coach Emily Terrell: And It’s going to be the reason for the call, not the specific reason. It could be, could be new listing, whatever it is, the whatever reason that you’re reaching out to that person, right? The general reason that you’re reaching out, and you’re just going to click create project. Now, in that create projects. You’re going to go in and where’s here we go. You’re going to grab that whole prompt that I sent and that link there. Where are you zoom? No, not that zoom. Sorry. Here we go. And you’re going to put it here in the instructions, and that whole thing is just pasted right there. Now, for those of you who specifically asked me about going into Instagram or going into LinkedIn, okay.
[47:14] Coach Emily Terrell: You’re going to go in here and you’re going to read it, and it’s going to tell them where to go into. Then it tells them to go into Facebook and Instagram, and you’re just going to put in their LinkedIn or MySpace or wherever else. See, it says Instagram first, then Facebook. Okay, then you’re going to say Inst like LinkedIn. You’re going to add all the places in there. The other thing that you can do, that you can definitely do, is you can just have AI update it to say, “Hey, this prompt is great, but I also want to search.” LinkedIn and MySpace. I’m not gonna. I love MySpace, so we can do this, okay? So, you’re gonna click Save Instructions. Now, Stacy asked which version to use: Sonnet, Opus. I always stick with Opus. I don’t need to do this on Fable, but I usually stick to Opus. Okay. Now, when you go to run this prompt, you’re gonna say, “I’m gonna do one of my other coaching clients, Denver, Colorado.”
[48:13] Coach Emily Terrell: We’re just gonna go potential investment property. That’s the reason I’m gonna call this one. Right, this is one of my other clients, Jason. He’s actually in Denver. Where Tom, Tom was doing an edgement there yesterday. So, and then what you need to do is make sure that you click the button that says co-work right here, not chat. Has to be co-work, and then you click go, and it’s gonna run it for Jason. Now. I’m gonna go to the internet. I want to show you what that looks like. All right. So let me open up this. Ah, perfect. Okay. We’re gonna look at this, and this what it looks like. Ah, this the resources that I sent out. But see here, where it says Claude and Instagram, this where it’s searching Instagram. Look at that. You can see it. It’s searching. Now it’s gonna kind of screw it up a little bit, but it’s searching for Jason, and it’s finding him right there. It’s opening it up.
[49:11] Coach Emily Terrell: It’s. I’m not doing any of this, right? This live. This co work working right now, and as you can see, I didn’t come over here to open Instagram. It went to my Chrome, opened it up right there. So it did all of this while I’m sitting here, and then it’s gonna give me some content. Okay, so this. I know Cynthia did say the CIA’s got nothing on us realtors, one thousand percent. Okay. Now, as you can see, it’s going through. It’s looking at what Jason’s done in the last sixty days, and it’s going to research this now. Cool. Okay. So now let me go and answer some questions while it’s working. Okay. Perfect.
[50:05] Coach Emily Terrell: Um, mommy, she had a question. It says, “When I entered my first name and Claude, um, it cannot open because you don’t necessarily send me a screenshot of what you’re getting because that’s that’s an unusual problem, um, on that. Okay, um, do you need to be friends with the people? No, you don’t have to be friends. Is it more helpful that you are? Yes, like that’s an easy trigger, but it because it searches in general. Um, for me, for like Jessica, used. Two justifications. One was that we are friends, was part of the justification, and then two because it matched the name. So you don’t have to be friends with them, though it is a lot easier if they are. If we add the Chrome extension to Claude, does it automatically give Claude access to the Gmail? To to not the Gmail to Gmail? No, it doesn’t. However, you can instruct co-worker to go and open up Gmail. So yes, you can. However, you do have to allow. Like I’ve allowed.
[51:02] Coach Emily Terrell: Co-worker to have access to that website, so you have to still allow. You still have to do permission based, but it does not automatically get access to Gmail unless you tell it that. Oop. There we go. It’s having it. You know, one thing it did do, and I want to show you this. I, I do not remember my Facebook password. Okay, I can. I cannot remember. Oh, nope. There we go. No, but did closed it now. I can’t remember my Facebook password at all. So it’s like, hey, I can’t, I can’t look at Facebook. It tells me that all the time because I don’t remember my Facebook password, so it’s not getting in there. All right. So, David asked, can this apply to expired? Absolutely, it can. Absolutely, you can do this on expireds. One thousand percent. Why would you not? Why would you not go in and research about them before you reach out to them? I would.
[51:59] Coach Emily Terrell: Especially if they’re people that you like had a conversation with, and now you want to reconnect with them, that’s what you want to do. Do you think that they’re going to voice some of their frustrations about why their house didn’t sell? Yes. Do you think that their previous realtor now you can go into research because their previous realtor probably, you know, contacted them or they shared their Facebook. You can go back and search even further. Absolutely, you can. You can do all of these things. You just need to really like have know you know their name and the city and state that they live in. Now, Cynthia. Fantastic! Was able to do this successfully right along when we were doing it, and she was able to find out that a client just went to a recent concert. That’s fantastic. Do you think calling your client or texting your client, be like, “Dude, the Stones”? Or I have no idea where they went to. I don’t know why I picked the Stones because that’s not a concert I would go to. Um, you know, Backstreet Boys at the Sphere? Heck yes, I went there in January. Yes, I probably will go again. But right, like knowing that is fantastic. Being able to to share that experience with them.
[52:58] Coach Emily Terrell: Connect with them. Okay, Lindsay asked, “Where do I learn Claude from, and where can we go and see more examples of what Claude co-work can do?” Here’s the thing, Lindsay. The answer, and actually, Coach Merrill, if you’re probably on here, you can answer probably the same way I do. And Coach Christie, if you’re, I know Coach Christie is not. She’s in. She’s in Austin today. The answer is anything. You just have to ask the right questions. You can, it can, it can do anything that you want it to, as long as you set it up. And like for me, how I learned how to use Claude and how I build these things for you guys is I literally, you, I do a thing called reverse prompting. So I went in and I said, “Hey, I want to show this to people. I want to be able to go.”
[53:54] Coach Emily Terrell: Into someone’s Facebook or into their Instagram, and I want to look back at the last sixty days and learn things for me. Right, that’s what I want. And guess what? It gave me a prompt. It told me how to do it. The answer is, it can do anything. Now, when, pro tip: as you’re doing this and you’re asking a question, you need to ask Claude, “Hey, is this a good task for Chat? Not not ChatGPT. I mean Claude Chat, Claude Co Work.” Or or copilot, not copilot. Ah, code. Right. So you need to go and check where it’s the most useful, where the best solution is, and that’s how you figure out the best way to do it. All right. Yes, Sandra also did say that you can use Prompt Cowboy. Absolutely, you can. Prompt Cowboy is a great tool for figuring out how to write these prompts.
[54:53] Coach Emily Terrell: Because in reality, while yes, I give y’all really cool things, I am going to AI to figure out what cool things to give you guys. So I do see that a lot of you are having a ton of success with looking at, you know, running it, testing it. I love it, Devin. You know, Jesus, take the wheel. That is because it is insane, right? One hundred percent. I mean. We, as realtors, we can go and figure all this stuff out in a quick space. Do you think that one hundred percent? I have scheduled tasks that every single morning at like seven in the morning, it’s going into my coaching clients and go and finding them to go and tell me what they did on their socials for the last week. Absolutely, it is because this way, when we have conversations about what they’re doing, I know, and I don’t have to spend my Sunday afternoons doing that anymore.
[55:48] Coach Emily Terrell: AI does it for me, and then I can just review it in the morning before I get on my calls. That’s the power of being able to do this. So imagine for you, you or your VA doing the same thing, searching people as my eight, twelve year old searching it up, right? We’re doing this, okay? So, co work option doesn’t pop up. So, Wendy depends on a the type of computer that you’re doing. Funny thing is, I just did this with like I don’t know a bunch of realtors here in Canada, and we learned. That depending if you’re not using a regular just computer, sometimes CoWork doesn’t show up. Number two, you have to have the paid version. If you are not using the paid version, it will not show up. Okay. And CoWork is just there that little toggle from chat to CoWork. So just so just so we’re not. And Wendy, if you want to send me a screenshot, I’ll take a look at it just to see. Just go over to Instagram and send it there. So, okay, what other questions do you guys have? Because what I want y’all to do is I want y’all to be super successful.
[56:47] Coach Emily Terrell: Now, if you’re watching this live, I love it. I see a lot of the things happen. Okay, Charlene asked that Claude is connected to Chrome. Where do we paste the prompt? As I mentioned, you go into CoWork. Here, you create a project. This is where you put the trigger, which is just name city state, and any time on a project, any time the prompt. Goes here in instructions. That’s where it goes. It always goes there. This is always where the prompt goes on. Any time that we build a project. Okay, so that’s always here. All right. Okay. Good. Well, how about this, guys? Got a phone call coming in. How about this? I am gonna let. There we go. Should we be adding some of what we’re finding into our CRM notes? I’m gonna ask. What do you think?
[57:46] Coach Emily Terrell: Guys, do you think it would be helpful to put these notes into your CRM? The answer is absolutely. Perfect. Yes. Do you think when one day, if you don’t already, if you have a VA or an assistant and they’re doing this, do you think it would be helpful for them? Because this is how they should communicate with you. They shouldn’t like email you these. They should take that and put it directly into your CRM automatically. I would, I, I definitely, Mara, put it in as a note. Don’t try to put these in as tags. Put them in as a note because this way, when you go back and look at it, boom, the note’s right there, and so you have that information. I would put it there in the note so it’s all right there. It’s updated for you. Now, okay, cool. All right. Now, somebody, April did say, uh, okay.
[58:43] Coach Emily Terrell: So somebody did say that what Claudia is telling her is that if you want the rest of her last sixty days, open her Facebook timeline yourself and scroll. Laugh out loud! Oh my gosh! Just tell her to do it, anyways. Now, I do want to, um, to bring up somebody had put in some of the instructions that I created, and it’s, uh, it’s not, or sometimes it’s a little bit less helpful. So I’ll tell you this: There’s two things with that. Number, I’m gonna preface this. Do not message me now. You’re not gonna get it right now. Message me later with the word advisor. Not right this second. A little bit later. And what I’m gonna do is I’m gonna give you guys an updated advisor instructions. That’ll make it a little less spicy. Not all the way less spicy, but a little less. It still has the same concept to it of not being as spicy.
[59:39] Coach Emily Terrell: But I’ll send you that if you want to. If you like it the way it is now, that’s fine. But definitely send that to send me in a in a couple of hours. The word advisor. Did I say advisor? Yes, advisor. And I will send you those little bit less spicy instructions so that you guys have it. Okay, cool. Well, you know, guys, you know the rules. Don’t forget to go make your calls, set up this project, make some calls, and or text messages. I prefer calls. And then number three, send me. And the office, your wins. Oh, Stacy, what’s up? Instead, wait. Let me see what her question is. But those are your three pieces of homework that I want you guys to do this week. Next week, we’re gonna go over blueprints that are there in listing leads. But in addition to that, we’re gonna talk about action plans. So I want to make sure that you guys are or follow up plans or anything like that. Okay. So, Marie Noelle asked.
[60:36] Coach Emily Terrell: I’ll answer this really quickly before I do have to go. If the account is private on Instagram, Claude can’t read it. This is 100% an accurate statement. But it’s the same thing. If if you can’t see it, then neither can AI. Right. So it’s it’s. I mean, and that’s kind of that’s not a that’s not a project problem. That’s a permissions on Instagram. You should probably try to be friends with that person so we can see it. I mean, that’s really the only workaround.
[61:06] Coach Emily Terrell: If you’re logged in and you can see it, then Claude should be able to see it. So if it’s giving you a problem, just send me a screenshot and we can take a look at it. Yes, Alexandra, you can still DM me for expirance. Some of you said that the autoresponder didn’t work. I’ll make sure it’s up and working for you. There’s not a Facebook extension. It is just the Chrome extension. There’s not a Facebook extension.
[61:36] Coach Emily Terrell: Yeah, make sure you’re logged in. So Chris Christian, sorry, says that it’s if you’re logged out, make sure you’re logged in to Instagram and Facebook. That’s how it’s able to see people. Same thing, Marie Noel. That’s probably one of the issues. You have to be logged in so it can go in. Just DMing the word expired. It’s fine. Make sure you are, Stacy. Make sure you are in Co Work, and that you are giving it permission. Okay, cool. So.
[62:06] Coach Emily Terrell: For those of you guys, if you have other questions, you know where to reach out to me. Either your coach or you can reach out to me on Instagram. Do look for the. I’m gonna set it. I’m gonna try to set it up right now. Do look for the updated advisor instructions if you want it. Don’t forget to answer the survey. And if not, I will see you guys next week.
