Before launching Team Renick, Michael spent more than 25 years in senior corporate leadership roles, managing large teams, significant budgets, and complex negotiations.

That executive experience still shapes how he manages real estate transactions today — with a focus on strategy, accountability, and clear decision-making.

From 2002 through 2011, Michael also served as a graduate-level university professor, teaching business and information technology at:
